About PartnerPlus
PartnerPlus features three accredited partner tiers — Silver, Gold and Platinum — each representing a different level of status. Every tier has a defined revenue threshold that customers must meet in order to promote themselves as an accredited Toshiba PartnerPlus partner. The programme recognises total spend on new equipment across Toshiba HVAC & Carrier VRF products purchased either directly or through distribution.
Customers who do not meet the minimum threshold for the Silver tier will still be recognised as registered partners.
Partners can continue to earn points and redeem them for a wide selection of rewards — including gifts, vouchers, experiences, a range of air conditioning products such as the full RAS line‑up, installation tools, and high‑quality branded clothing and merchandise — all accessible through their online account on the rewards website.
To qualify, applicants must be a customer of Carrier Solutions UK Limited or of an approved distribution partners and be Refcom registered (or equivalent) and fully F-gas compliant.
