Scalable Performance:

Why the Toshiba USX EDGE Delivers Up to 25.6 MW of Capacity

Wednesday 28th October – Why the Toshiba USX EDGE Delivers Up to  25.6 MW of Capacity

As building projects become larger and more complex, the demand for highly scalable heating and cooling solutions continues to grow.

The Toshiba USX EDGE has been designed to meet these challenges through its advanced modular architecture. Individual modules can be connected in groups of up to 16 units, while multiple groups can be integrated into a single system. This enables a total combined capacity of up to 25.6MW, making USX EDGE suitable for applications ranging from commercial office developments and hospitals to industrial facilities and district-scale energy schemes.

Unlike traditional large central plant solutions, a modular approach allows systems to be expanded in phases. Capacity can be added as demand grows, reducing initial investment while maintaining long-term flexibility.

For consultants, contractors and building owners, this means a future-proof solution that combines outstanding capacity with operational resilience and simplified maintenance.
